Sellify GPT, a service of Altered Pitch LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the Sellify GPT platform and related services. Phone numbers and SMS consent — at a glance. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are collected only for the purposes you expressly consent to on our opt-in page. SMS opt-in is always separate, optional, and revocable. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or contact us at support@sellifygpt.com.

Consumer SMS / Call Program Disclosures

The following disclosures apply to any person who opts in to receive text messages or phone calls from us via our opt-in page. These mirror the language shown next to each opt-in checkbox:

• Sender: Sellify GPT (a service of Altered Pitch LLC).
• Types of messages: Marketing SMS/MMS (promotions, product updates, announcements); non-marketing SMS/MMS (appointment reminders, account notifications, follow-ups, customer support); and/or phone calls, depending on which optional boxes you checked on the opt-in form.
• Message frequency: Up to approximately 10 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your activity.
• Message & data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your wireless carrier and are your sole responsibility.
• HELP: Reply HELP to any text message for customer care contact information, or email support@sellifygpt.com.
• STOP / opt-out: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text to opt out at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. You may also email support@sellifygpt.com to revoke consent.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. SMS/call consent is separate from any purchase or account creation and is never required to use our Services.
• No resale. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
• Supported carriers: Messages are delivered via major U.S. wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and others). Carrier availability and message delivery are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier policies and network conditions.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Name, email address, phone number, and business information when you create an account
• Billing and payment details when you subscribe to a paid plan
• Contact information for leads and customers that you import or enter into the platform
• Phone numbers you provide for the purpose of sending and receiving SMS messages and phone calls through our platform
• The content of SMS messages and call recordings made through our Services
• Any other information you choose to provide to us

We also automatically collect certain information when you use our Services, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns.

3. SMS and Messaging

Our platform enables users to send and receive SMS and MMS messages to their contacts. By using our messaging features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending any messages through our platform
• All messages sent through our platform are transmitted via Telnyx, a third-party communications provider, and are subject to Telnyx's Acceptable Use Policy and Messaging Policy
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients of SMS messages
• Recipients may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
• We do not sell, rent, lease, or share end-user phone numbers or message content with third parties for the third parties' own marketing purposes
• Phone numbers collected on our website are only used for the specific purposes the user consented to on the opt-in page (for example, marketing texts, transactional texts, or phone calls)
• Message frequency varies based on user activity and campaign settings
• Consent to receive SMS is never a condition of purchasing any product or service

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Telnyx (communications), payment processors, and hosting providers
