Sales rep weighing SellifyGPT vs Kixie with two laptops open at a desk

Most people searching SellifyGPT vs Kixie are really asking one question: do you want a fast dialer that plugs into the CRM you already pay for, or one platform that holds the CRM and the dialer together? Kixie built a good reputation on the first approach. SellifyGPT is built on the second. Here is where Kixie genuinely wins, where an all-in-one platform pulls ahead, and what each one costs once the add-ons are counted.

The short version:

  • Kixie is a well-liked calling layer that bolts onto HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and others. Its top plan power dials up to 4 lines with unlimited US and Canada minutes.
  • Kixie no longer shows prices on its plans page. As of August 2026 the tiers are listed by feature only, so any number you see is a third-party estimate.
  • SellifyGPT includes the CRM, power and predictive dialing, SMS, email, scheduling and an AI coach in one seat price.
  • Pick Kixie if your CRM is settled and you only need better calling. Pick SellifyGPT if you would rather stop paying for both.

What does Kixie do well?

Worth saying plainly before anything else: Kixie is a good product, and reps who use it tend to like it. It has spent years on one job, which is making the phone part of your CRM feel fast.

Where it earns its keep:

If you have already committed to a CRM and you are happy with it, that is a strong offer. Kixie is not trying to replace your system of record, and for plenty of teams that is exactly right.

Where do SellifyGPT vs Kixie actually differ?

The difference is scope. Kixie is a calling layer for someone else's CRM. SellifyGPT is the CRM and the calling layer, built as one system. Three places your team will feel it.

The CRM question

With Kixie you still need a system of record, and that is a second vendor, a second bill and a second admin. When the integration hiccups, your call data and your pipeline data disagree, and someone spends a morning working out which one is right. In SellifyGPT the contact, the deal, the call recording and the text thread are the same object. There is nothing to sync because nothing is separate.

Lines and answering machine detection

Kixie's plans page lists power dialing up to 4 lines on the Multi-Line tier, with AI Human Voice Detection marked as a premium add-on on that tier. SellifyGPT ships both power and predictive dialing with sub-second answering machine detection included, no add-on. That matters more than the line count, because a dialer without fast detection just delivers voicemails to your reps faster. If the distinction is new to you, our guide to power vs predictive dialing covers when each one makes sense.

Coaching by a person and coaching by software

Kixie includes live coaching where a manager listens and whispers. Useful, but it needs a manager with a free hour. AI call analysis and transcription sit in its Conversation Intelligence add-on. SellifyGPT runs the coach on every call by default, scoring the conversation and surfacing the next move, so a rep working alone at 4pm still gets feedback. We wrote about what that looks like in practice in what AI coaching does on a live call.

There is also the quiet stuff: TCPA-aware calling hours, DNC honoring and opt-in tracking are built into SellifyGPT, where Kixie sells DNC compliance as a separate add-on. None of this makes any team compliant on its own, and we would never claim it does. Talk to your own compliance people about your process. But paying extra to honor a do-not-call list is a strange line item.

What does Kixie pricing actually add up to?

Here is the honest complication. Kixie's plans page no longer publishes a price. We checked it on 4 August 2026 and the three tiers, Professional, Single-Line PowerDialer and Multi-Line PowerDialer, are described by feature with a Try Free button and no dollar figure. So nobody, including us, can quote Kixie pricing from the source.

Third parties still report the older published figures, roughly $35, $65 and $95 per user each month, plus add-ons in the $20 to $50 range for connection tools, AI analysis and DNC compliance. Those numbers appear in independent pricing breakdowns published in 2026. Treat them as directional and get your own quote.

Our side is public and stays public. SellifyGPT Team seats are $79 per seat each month on annual billing with a 3-seat minimum, and Team Elite drops to $69 per seat at 10 seats. Solo plans start at $89. Every plan carries the CRM, the dialer, SMS, email, scheduling and the AI coach, so the seat price is the stack price. Check the current SellifyGPT pricing before you budget, since plans do change.

The comparison that matters is the whole stack. A Kixie seat plus the add-ons your team will realistically want, plus a CRM seat, is the real number to hold up against one SellifyGPT seat. Run it with your own headcount rather than ours.

Which one fits your team?

Choose Kixie if your CRM is settled and well adopted, your reps live inside it, and the gap you are filling is calling and texting. Bolting a good dialer onto a CRM your team already trusts is a smaller, safer change than a platform migration.

Look for a Kixie alternative like SellifyGPT if you are paying for a CRM and a dialer and an AI tool and a scheduler, and the seams between them are costing you deals. Also if you want predictive dialing and fast answering machine detection without treating either as an upgrade.

Either way, price the full stack before you sign anything. Our side-by-side Kixie comparison lays the features out in a table, and you can browse all our platform comparisons or read the PhoneBurner comparison if that one is also on your list.
